What is the start up fee?

There is no start up fee. We supply you with a website free of charge because it is in our interest to obtain as many bookings for our homes as possible. We would suggest you do some advertising and will point out some good advertising sites for you to list on, but that is entirely up to you.

Do I get to choose my own domain name for my Agent Site?

Yes! When you fill in our "Set up Your Agent Site" form you will be prompted to enter a valid, available domain name.

If I already have a domain name, can I use that instead?

Sure! If you already own a domain name you will be prompted to enter it into our form. All you have to do then is redirect the domain to our nameservers.

When do I get paid?

Commissions are paid monthly in arrears following the completion of the guests stay and their departure from the house.

How will I be paid?

If you are a US citizen, you have a choice of being paid via check or Paypal. If you live outside the US then you will be paid via Paypal.

Can I rent other homes beside your company?

We like to keep a close working relationship with all our agents and feel there would be a conflict of interest if you were to rent out homes from other companies, so we do ask that you work solely with us.

Can I get a tour of the homes so I know what I am booking?

Please be our guest...and stay at one of our homes to experience our hospitality and service first-hand for yourself (and maybe your family?). Exclusive Florida Homes would be delighted to welcome you as a guest to stay with us at one of our homes in Orlando, Florida.

Special low rates are available to all agents registered with Exclusive Florida Homes. This discount offer allows you to try and to fully understand the great benefits you'll be providing to your clients when they stay at one of our homes.

It can take as much or as little time as you desire, the more effort you put in, the more you will succeed.

You are a self employed individual and any commissions paid would be reported to the IRS at the end of the tax year.
